The main inspection methods are as follows:
Spark method
The engagement critical point of the locking element is determined by observing the arc spark generated when the locking element of the villa elevator just contacts the electrical device during the slow closing process. The locking element is kept in this critical state, and the engagement length of the lock hook is measured with a steel ruler. This method is suitable for door locks that are prone to arc sparks when the contacts are closed.
Sound method
When the locking element is slowly closed to make the electrical contacts just contact, the critical point of the door lock engagement is determined by listening to the sound of the contactor in the control cabinet being attracted, and the engagement length is measured. This method is suitable for door lock inspections of low-floor elevators or floor stations close to the control cabinet.
Trial operation
During the slow closing of the door lock, continue to press the maintenance down button. When the car just starts to move, it is the critical point of the door lock engagement. The engagement length at this time is measured. This method is suitable for door lock engagement inspections of any elevator and any floor station, but it often has hysteresis and is difficult to obtain the critical point.
Voltage method
Use a multimeter to select the voltage range, connect the two wires of the multimeter to the two electrical contacts of the door lock, and the multimeter reading is a constant value V. Slowly close the locking element. When the multimeter reading suddenly changes from the V value to a value close to zero, it is the critical point of the door lock engagement. This method is more accurate in judging the critical point of engagement, but it is a bit troublesome to test. It is suitable for testing the engagement length of the door lock.
Door lock engagement width test
In actual testing, the engagement width should also be confirmed. If there are hidden dangers, they should be rectified in time to ensure engagement in the horizontal width direction of the lock hook to prevent them from happening.
Door lock electrical device test
Open the door lock and disconnect the electrical contacts. The elevator should be able to stop running or start immediately. Disconnect the door lock circuit. If the elevator can continue to run or start, it means that the elevator door lock is short-circuited. The short circuit of the elevator door lock circuit is the cause of the "open door and walk on the elevator", which will cause people to be sheared, squeezed, and other serious casualties. Shorting the elevator door lock circuit is strictly prohibited, but there are still some careless maintenance personnel with low sense of responsibility who take risks, causing one bloody casualty after another.
When the bypass device is in effect, the normal operation of the elevator is cancelled, and it can only be operated under maintenance or emergency electric state, and there are sound and light prompts, which avoids the risk of elevator operators forgetting to remove the short wire after maintenance of the door lock.
The door circuit detection function of the villa elevator is to monitor the correct operation of the electric device of the closed position of the car door, the locked position of the floor door lock, and the car door monitoring signal when the car is in the unlocking area, the car door is open, and the floor door lock is released. When the above device is detected to be faulty, it can prevent the normal operation of the elevator.
