At the same time, carefully check whether the pipeline is blocked by foreign objects, resulting in asynchrony.

Because most problems have a certain degree of complexity, specific analysis is required for specific problems, and even drawings must be referred to. Hydraulic lifts should pay attention to the correct use specifications:

1. The elevator must be operated by personnel who have been trained, evaluated and obtained a qualification certificate.

2. The operator should check whether the electrical system, hydraulic system and mechanical system of the elevator are normal before use.

3. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the platform is empty, whether there is any fault or malfunction, and pay attention to whether the platform has obvious abnormal tendencies.

4. After the operator closes the movable doors at both ends of the protective fence before operation, press the bell to start. It is strictly forbidden to work with the movable door of the protective fence open.

5. When a special situation occurs during the platform driving, the emergency stop switch can be used to stop the platform, but in normal operation, it is prohibited to use the emergency stop switch to stop the platform.

6. The operator shall be responsible for supervising that the goods transported by the platform are distributed on the table as evenly as possible to prevent overloading and prohibit overloading operation.

7. The elevator is prohibited from carrying flammable and explosive dangerous goods, and it is prohibited to shake it artificially when climbing and lifting.

8. During the operation of the platform, the operator is prohibited from leaving the pillar to wipe, lubricate or repair the platform.
