1: Spring-type automatic door closing: Opening the door requires a larger torque to pull the door, that is, the spring needs to be stretched when opening the door, and the door limit switch signal is input (door opening is completed)), and the outer door has been pulled back by the maximum tension spring, and the torque of the elevator door motor is the largest. At this time, the door motor must be replaced with the immobile torque function and stop when the opening is completed. Closing the door will be affected by the tension spring, so the door motor must be replaced with the running brake function. If the running brake function is not used, there will be a knocking sound when closing the door. As the tension spring reset force becomes smaller and smaller, it must be related to the door speed compensation function, so that the door closing speed curve will not be too hard, and there must be a perfect door closing curve. 2: Counterweight automatic door closing: Opening the door requires a large torque to open the door. When the door is in place, it will be affected by the counterweight pulling back and pulling back. At this time, the elevator door motor must not move. Torque can fix the elevator door in place, while closing the door is the opposite. Affected by the free fall of the counterweight, the elevator door motor must be replaced with the running brake function so that there will be no inertial impact when the door is installed.
3: Closing the door to complete the torque: When the car is about to leave the floor, both the inner and outer doors are closed, and the door motor needs to be turned to immobile torque to prevent the car door from being pulled. Affected by external forces. This is the safety regulation of the elevator.
4: Door opening completion torque: When the car reaches the ground, in order to allow people to enter and exit without obstacles, the door motor must be turned to open the door to complete the torque, and the elevator door is fully opened. This is the function of the elevator.
